Costs for Childcare
Our Pre-school sessions are all available for funded hours. There are NO hidden or extra charges for any activities, topics or snacks unless we have to cover the costs of a trip. There are NO extra charges for lunchtimes or any other times unless they fall outside the funded hours. Children can use 15 or 30 hours and these can be stretched to cover longer days. We are happy for parents who have 15 hours funding to choose 2 whole days and a half day if they prefer. We are very flexible about bookings, please ask about this.
Our lunch meal is charged to Mini Madcaps parents at £2.50 a day.
Charges for sessions from 7.30 - 9.00 and 3.15-6.00 are all at our Out of School Club rates. A list of fees is available from our reception area, or from Clare, and comes in our new parents pack. Our fees are updated once a year in July.
Fees are due to be paid in advance in line with the dates on our invoices please. We take all major voucher company payments, BACS, or card. We can take cash payments if necessary but prefer not to if possible please.
