Costs for Childcare
We offer a fully flexible booking system, parents only need to use what they book and there are no commitments to school holidays or bank holidays when you book with us, our school holidays are booked separately. Parents can opt to book the same bookings each week or can use our flexi booking system, filling out a form monthly with choices of days, this works particularly well for parents who work on shifts. Similarly, during school holidays you can book 1 hour or 10.5 hours, the choice is up to you, we charge by the hour rather than by the session.
Our Pre-school sessions are all available for funded hours. There are NO hidden or extra charges for any activities, topics or snacks unless we have to cover the costs of a trip. There are NO extra charges for lunchtimes or any other times unless they fall outside the funded hours. Children can use 15 or 30 hours and these can be stretched to cover longer days.
Charges for for sessions from 7.30 - 9.00 and 3.15-6.00 are all at our Out of School Club rates. A list of fees is available from our reception area, or from Clare, and comes in our new parents pack. Our fees are updated once a year in July.
Fees are due to be paid in advance in line with the dates on our invoices please. We take all major voucher company payments, BACS, or card. We can take cash payments if necessary but prefer not to if possible please.
